The spark

Neel Bhattacharya, a long-time product and growth strategist, had spent years watching businesses lose opportunities not because they lacked demand — but because they lacked speed. Bijoy Majumdar, a seasoned technologist, had built systems that scaled across industries. Together, they wondered:

What if every lead could instantly get a response?

That idea became LeadTrackAI — an Australian-born platform built to help businesses turn every inquiry into a qualified appointment.

We started with solar, where customer interest is high but response times often lag. Within months, we were powering appointment bookings for hundreds of solar leads every week. Today, solar remains our strongest partner base — but our platform has expanded to auto and real estate, where the same challenge exists: high-intent leads, slow human response.
